I’m a communications and engagement professional with experience across writing, digital content, campaigns, reporting, events, and client coordination. My work has supported public-facing projects, community organizations, professional services, and multi-sector client accounts.

Outside of communications work, I’m also a yoga instructor. That practice keeps me grounded in presence, tone, pacing, and the small details that shape how people connect with a message, a story, a campaign, or an experience.
